What User doesn't like about The Eatery East One:
I've been to The Eatery many times, but it always seems like they don't have enough staff. We didn't get our coffees until the food arrived, and had to ask multiple times for missing pieces of the order. I'm not generally too picky about those types of things, but when you're paying $18 for eggs, you kind of want to get the toast you ordered to go with them. View all feedback.
The restaurant pays great attention to every detail. They offer a limited but outstanding menu, along with a delightful selection of wines and drinks. The service is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a wonderful dining experience.
I frequently stop by to enjoy the incredible malted pancakes and wonderful coffee. The pancakes are generous in size, light and fluffy, served with a delicious fruit compote and a side of maple syrup. They are everything I could ask for in a breakfast, especially when paired with the breakfast sausage. This time, I brought my friend along, and I believe we have a new fan.
This is a fantastic coffee shop and restaurant. I visited with my girlfriend and brought along some friends from out of town, who were extremely impressed. The atmosphere is lively without being too loud or overwhelming. The food and drinks are of excellent quality, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend checking it out!
The exposed brick wall by the booth should be covered with sheetrock because the masonry is crumbling onto the table. Not safe!
Lovely manager at reception greeted us and offered complimentary drinks for our anniversary. Mahi2 sandwich was delicious served with a brioche bun.
