The pizza was actually fairly decent. Nice sized slices, the pepperoni was really good. The prices were a little up there but that's everywhere right now. The place is kind of tight inside, needs a little reorganization as well. The sidewalk tables need to be better maintained otherwise just do away with it. stay away! don't buy food here!! the very worst of all!! i give them zero zero stars!!!!absolutely a rip off! delivery was late all items were terrible! inedible! called for refund of $46, offered to return food. told manager not there can't be reached. asked for phone given for store on 11th st. no mgr. can't be reached. called slice--they called and mgr refused refund!!! Paper thin slices for $4. I know inflation is real but seriously? Rather go to the other Joes Pizzeria where it’s understandable paying $4 for a good size sliceFood: 2/5
Extremely rude and unprofessional to customers for no apparent reason. They also sell expired drinks which I noticed on multiple occassions.Not coming again. There are enough pizzerias in the area for anyone to have to deal with this. Stay away!Food: 1/5
Joe’s Pizza made my order fresh and was good! However, the service was terrible. I had placed an order via Google Maps but when I arrived at the designated time, the lady at the counter said they did not receive the order and it must have been sent to their other branch.I confirmed the address of the branch via the confirmation email and I was then endorsed to another store employee who asked me what app I used to order. I explained that I used the “order online” function on Google Maps via the Slice App and immediately I was dismissed because the establishment “does not use Google”. The combative attitude of the server continued despite me trying to show the confirmation email.My order was finally accepted and made but it left me wondering why my order was never noticed in the first place, why the cashier did not care to read the confirmation email I showed and why the server was so hostile to a paying customer.
