However, others praised the charming atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food options. The menu was described as well-rounded, with standout dishes like French Onion Soup, Oysters, Whole Trout, and Creme Brulee. Guests also enjoyed unique cocktail options. Overall, while some guests had negative experiences with service and pricing, others found the restaurant to be a delightful spot to dine and would recommend it to others.
Had family in town and The Bedford was the perfect spot to take them. Selection was well-rounded and everything was pretty tasty. Salads could use an upgrade (nothing special, quite bland), but everything else made for an enchanted evening. Great service.
This place was just ok. The food was mediocre and the ambiance was good. The food was definitely more of an Instagram fad than actually good. Will not be returning.
The food was very sub par. We ordered fish and chips and the fish tasted disgusting! We returned it for chicken fingers and they were over cooked. The waitress didn't seem to care that we were there and even though she only had two tables did not give us much attention at all. Ambiance was cute, but there are a lot of other cute places in Williamsburg with much better food! Will not go back and wouldn't recommend it!
Creative, tasty cuisine which surprised us and was well prepared. We recommend brussel sprouts and the risotto balls tasted like original sicilian food. Also Nice cocktails good place to Start a Night in Brooklyn.
Wait 45 minutes for eating and just came out when we inquired the status of our order
