TGI FRIDAYS - Brooklyn (NY)

FOOD SEEMED AS THOUGH IT SAT THERE A WHILE AND GOT REHEATED. FRIES WERE AWFUL

Ambience was the only thing that was impressive. The food was terrible and the waitress forgot my drink that I ordered, not really expecting much from a franchise restaurant.

Problem number one, we had to wait over 40 minutes for the food to arrive to the table. Durning the 40 minute wait, only one soup was brought to the table which was 29 minutes into the wait. Then when the food arrives, one order was totally wrong, but instead of correcting it and worrying that it would take another 40 minutes, the person just ate the food. The supervisor was nice enough to give us a 10% discount, but the food was just horrible. The potato skins were hard and lacked flavor, the ribs were hard and hardly had any meat on them, and the nachos tasted like cheeseburger on tortillas chips. Several other items were a miss as well. None of the eight people in our party enjoyed their meals. The drinks were so watered down, or they used cheap liquor, whatever the case, not good at all. Epic fail all around! Last time that TGIF will get any money from me. It was a birthday celebration so at least we enjoyed each other!

Beautiful restaurant directly on the water. eating is fantastic service is very good. this place is huge, and the water and the people boot and have fun in the water is very relaxing to see.

I wanted to order the dessert, but they dropped it and didn't even ask us if we needed anything else.
