I’am a fan of Mexican cuisine. Never had this bad before. Totally waste of money and time.We had 3 different kind of dish. Which all of them was really really bad. I was really hopeful about this place because of all the positive reviews I saw. Never imagined it could be this bad.But the environment service was cool though.
We walked in pretty late on a Wednesday night, almost right before they were about to close. The girls who served us are super nice and friendly. They didn’t rush us or anything even though we did feel bad. Food was amazing! Will def come back again!
This is my first time coming to Tacombi. I must say this is the best customer service I’ve received in years! Everyone is genuine. The food is exceptional! You must try the tacos with carnitas. The meat is super tender.
Had an issue with the form of payment, just asked if they could refund the last purchase and charge me again for the new one. They refused and said that it's not their problem, even though I started with wanting to make sure they actually got the money ie I was doing it out of convenience for both parties. Just unnecessary, rude, and easily rectifiable. Not to mention that we were the only patrons there. Diria a otros clientes elegir otro restaurante.
