And please show some basic respect, regardless of whether you feel underpaid—my money is still funding your salaries. It’s disheartening to feel like I have to beg for service when you took my payment in an instant. It’s interesting how many people in the industry complain about reviews and tips, feeling entitled to them just for being present at work. By the way, I work for tips too, and I always treat my customers with respect.

When I as... read more Everything was going perfectly fine until... I sat at the counter and ordered two slices of pizza and two glasses of wine, which came to $50 with tip. When I asked for a cup of water, I was told, “It’s at the front.” What?! Others were getting water. So disappointing. Goodbye. The pizza was just okay.
