Whenever I visit Brooklyn, I always make it a point to try out new places. I came across this restaurant in the area and decided to give it a try. I was thoroughly impressed with everything about it. We stopped in for happy hour and enjoyed some appetizers and cocktails. Our bartender, Chris, was outstanding. She made me one of the best mojitos I've ever had. The next time we're in Dumbo, we'll definitely be stopping by to have a full meal. I judge this establishment based on the quality of the cocktails, the ambiance, and the overall experience. I give our bartender, Chris, a perfect 10 for helping to make our experience unforgettable! Louie by Red Hook.

This restaurant is quite upscale and located in a former Civil War empire complex. The interior is lovely and the atmosphere is really nice. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. There is a variety of dishes to choose from, some of which are good for sharing in a tapas style. However, you can also opt for a 20 oz rib eye steak. I returned after a year and three months and enjoyed dining outside beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. The noise level was not too bad. The dishes were once again fabulous, but the short ribs were disappointing as they were not very tender and quite fatty. The service was friendly and the drinks were good. Overall, it is always worth a visit.
I was in the city for the weekend with a friend who is a local (but had never been before) and another friend from Texas. Our local friend chose Sugarcane for our Sunday brunch and we were all very pleased with her choice. We were seated promptly at an outside table and our server was attentive throughout the entire meal. The drinks were delicious, as was the food. Our server was knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions when asked. The weather was perfect and the view outside was stunning. I'm not sure when I'll be back next, but our local friend will definitely return in the future. Additionally, the decor was beautiful and the restrooms were clean.
We were a very large party with more guests than anticipated during our reservation and they made sure they accommodated us with no problems. Overall, delicious, eccellent service, and excellent atmosphere! I would definitely return
