There is no excuse for a worker to question my ability to read just because I ask a simple question.

We showed them the order confirmat... read more The service at this restaurant was awful. They wouldn't give my brother my order from the app because he didn't have my card. We showed them the order confirmation and I even called to speak to the person making the sandwiches, but they ignored my call. It was incredibly rude. Apparently, that wasn't enough identification for them. I will never go back there again.
