Starbucks - Brooklyn

Was there today at 1033 am and yesterday at 330Both times the door was locked. Nothing posted anywhere. This morning there was one employee who ignored me from behind the glass. Unsure what is up.Edit- Nov 3Walked in made a 10 dollar order.He takes my order, makes my drink and I hand him a 50.They didn't have change.The only reason I went to Starbucks is because unlike dunkin they don't have a sighn that they don't have change.This place is run by inefficient unprofessional people.

My old store. i now drive to georgetown. this store gets really busy in the mornings so it’s understandable. it’s not like they’re standing around. BUT i skip the espresso drink in the morning (bc it’s busy) and get a dark roast w white mocha and oat milk. most times i leave disappointed

#Carla is a great rep. She is caring and caters to the customers. This location attempts to move swiftly and accurately.

Terrible management. Outside is always dirty. Straws, paper, cups are all over the lot. Drive thru is always slow and at a complete stop. Not a reliable Starbucks for a quick morning coffee.

I like the fact that it's a drive through (only reason why it made it to 2 stars), but when I tried to order on the app, they had NONE of the items (Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Blended Beverage Marshmallow Dream Bar) in stock that I wanted. I ended up leaving!
