Very nice small black owned business. The person who helped me, not sure if it was the owner, was very pleasant. I came for the cooking mostly but when I saw the empanadas online I also wanted to try those. Unfortunately there were no empanadas. But I ended up getting a really good vegan panini. The sweet potato snickerdoodle was absolutely delicious. It arrived warm and soft, just like I like it.
The cookies were scrumptious, but the empanada was not good. It was too hard to bite through and the filling had a strange, off taste.
Best cookies hands down. Not to mention the great customer service and warm environment
Wow, I couldn't resist trying two different cookies out of the six that I ordered at this restaurant. They are absolutely amazing! I sampled the strawberry shortcake and peanut butter and jelly flavors, and they were both so delicious.
Love that they called me about substitutions!
