Silver Factory - Brooklyn
Silver Factory
Description
Nestled in Williamsburg near Marcy Ave, Pelicana pairs a lively bar vibe with craveable Korean bar food — standout fried chicken, cheese and kimchi fries, addictive cheese balls, bulgogi and scallion pancakes — plus a full cocktail program. Staff are frequently praised as friendly and accommodating, and the spot suits groups and takeout. Caveats include inconsistent hours and phone contact, uneven portions and occasional missteps (soupy japchae, under‑prepared bibimbap) and fluctuating music volume. Overall, an affordable, fun neighborhood destination for casual nights out.

Hours of operation are never correct. Ended up going more than once to find it closed. Called today and their phone doesn’t work. Doesn’t seem like they want to succeed. Service: 1
Chill bar and fried chicken place. What we ordered: Spicy rice cake with ramen, Kimchi pasta, Combo B wing with honey soy comes with cheese balls, small fries, salad, bun), and a side of the bone in wings with the spicy original. There are so many combinations you can't go wrong. The wings are so good and the cheese balls are ADDICTING. I think the kimchi pasta was one of my favorites as well the rice cakes were very spicy so beware. This place is perfect for meeting with friends or ordering takeout for a group. The protein portions were very small, and the vegetables weren't marinated at all. If I had known I would receive raw veggies, I would have just made this myself. The beef portion was laughably small, and adding kale to the bibimbap? Seriously? I'm really disappointed. There were no traditional vegetables like spinach or bean sprouts included. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting bibimbap from this place.
