The fries tasted as if they had been left out all day, dry and cold. They definitely need to step up their game. Overall, I give the food a 1 out of 5.

The service and hospitality from the young staff working here were exceptional. I was so impressed that I had to inform the manager and give them a perfect 10/10 review. Much appreciation from all the way in Houston, Texas! Overall, the food gets a solid 5/5 rating.

There was a staff member ensuring the accuracy of each order before handing it to customers. The tables were quickly cleaned after customers finished eating, allowing us to secure a window table in no time. The food was top-notch, rated 5 out of 5.

This y... read more Love Dumbo area and I used to love the Shake Shack location. However, I went there Wednesday afternoon and I was more than dissatisfied with the service. This young girl talking very disrespectful to another team member in front of everyone, yelling, cursing and literally facing and insulting him with words that a female at work must not be saying!!!! Come on … this other team member was basically “eating” the situation. Where was the management of the store to stop her??? Who was controlling the staff??? Are there actually professionals at Shake Shack ? I thought Shake Shack had some standards of customer service… and good workers … I been there many times. Very unpleasant especially for a touristic location and the company reputation.
