But I can?t review Setagaya East Village on google so I post the review here. Sorry? The service was terrible and the ramen tasted like water. I didn?t tip (you can see the picture of my receipt), but the waitress illegally charged 20% tip on my bank later. So I'm gonna report to NYPD and dispute the illegally charged 20% tip.

It's a great option if you're in the area. The only downside is the use of plastic spoons, which detracts from the experience and is not environmentally friendly. Additionally, customers are required to wash their own bowls.
