This buffet is quite good as they have updated their menu. There are many seafood and other Chinese delicacies available. The restaurant is well-managed and efficient, although the waitstaff can be a bit slow at times. It's not cheap at $24 per person, but the quality and quantity of food make it worth it. Overall, the dining experience is very satisfying. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Seaport Buffet:
Some of the dishes were good, I have to admit, but not all of the seafood options were consistently replenished. It took an hour for them to clear our plates and present us with the bill, which should have been within a 2-hour limit. I was also not pleased when a member of the staff took my child's fork while we were eating. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and would not recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
Crab legs for dinner come every 15-30 min. on Mother's Day, they'll have grief. Eat is good.
Definitely one of the best buffet places in Brooklyn. Unlike the other ones I've been to, the prices are very reasonable and they continously change and replenish stock so as not to leave customers with cold leftovers. The staff also makes sure that the self serve stations are always clean and tidy too which is also very reassuring.
Food is good. Staff unfriendly. We don't appreciate them pushing us out when we are still at the table. They never say thank you. They will lose customers very quickly with their grumpy attitudes.
This is the worst places ever, the food was nasty. People were fighting over the crabs. The bathroom were dirty. My family and I did not even finish eating the first place because the food was hard even the rice. We still ended up paying 100 dollars for 3 person when we did not even ate a full plate. It was very crowded. Never again I will go to this place.
The carb legs don't come out fast enough and u need to wait online 10 minutes to maybe get 2 legs I got none because I had to stand there forever ....
