I was invited to a birthday dinner at Sam's. At first, the exterior of the restaurant looked quite dated and in need of an update. However, once I stepped inside, the service and food were exceptional. The exterior is definitely deceiving! Thank you, and we will definitely be back.
I had been eager to dine at Sam’s for a long time, having heard that it’s a special vintage Italian-American restaurant in Brooklyn. Last week, I finally got the chance to go with my family, and we absolutely loved it. The food was fantastic: we enjoyed Veal Parmesan, clams, calamari, meatballs, ravioli, and the best pizza I've ever had (trust me, I'm a pizza fanatic). The owner, Lou, makes you feel right at home while ensuring everyone has a great time. It's hard to find that old-school vibe these days. Sam’s definitely won’t disappoint. I can’t wait to return to New York and dine here again!
My entire family has been dining here for years. The food is authentic and delicious. Louie makes this place special. Only complaints: Can get pretty warm inside and the bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. But, you cannot fault any of the food. Best restaurant on Court Street!
I had a wonderful dinner at Sam's! The pizza was delicious, and the owner was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. If we lived closer, we would definitely be regulars!
