Paula was amazing as our server during our visit on a Sunday. The DJ was great and the food was delicious. The drinks were also strong. The bottomless deal for $29, which included an appetizer, was definitely worth it. We also enjoyed our entrees. We highly recommend supporting this Colombian restaurant as it is truly amazing. This restaurant is not worth a visit. The food was below average and the service was inadequate. There was no warmth or character, just hype. There are definitely better restaurants to choose from. View all feedback.
Spacious, design really good. the drinks were on point. n they had a live dj ende with a great time. that is a great element for the burg.
The Chulo Lulo drink was so good. The Salchipapa, chori man cheese and the marisco paella for hubby was so delicious. All well worth it $
Highly recommend! We live in the neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. We had the bistec and it was well worth the price. The place itself has very club-y vibes big space, beautiful bar, incredible music) and it made me deeeeeply hope that Republic Latin could become one of those places that’s a restaurant by day and dancey bar by night. North Williamsburg desperately lacks reggaeton clubs, this would be a hit!!
OMG! Went randomly last night with a friend after seeing Republic open for a little while and OMG I just woke up and the first thing I’m thinking about is the incredibly, tasty, CREATIVE food we had!! The food was A+ and the service as well. Everyone was super friendly and proud of the menu. Honestly… I can’t wait to go back. I think this is my new go to spot. As a Latina and a vegetarian- this is it!! So many mouth watering vegetarian options but also plenty, plenty of options for meat eaters I LOVE WITH all my foodie heart that Republic caters to both. Also… music ambiance was great. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Thank you for a wonderful meal! We will be back
This restaurant is AMAZING!! The atmosphere is a lounge vibe with fantastic service and delicious food! I had sushi as an appetizer and it was some of the best I've ever had! The quinoa bowl is super light and healthy, highly recommend! The owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! You won't be disappointed!
