Since I co... read more I visited the restaurant on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, and found myself a bit short on cash. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and hospitable. Since I couldn’t cover the bill, he generously offered me a bowl of soup on the house. What a wonderful person! The diner also had a lovely and calming atmosphere.

When I explained that I prefer to be contacted on my personal phone instead of my work extension, the person on the line told me to "go stress someone else out" and then hung up on me. This is appalling, especially after so many years of being a loyal customer. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, and I hope the owner sees this review! Absolutely terrible experience!

The same server repeatedly bumped into my chair while passing. The food was average — eggs were fine, but the chicken sausage was dry, the pre-buttered bread needed more butter, and the strawberry jam was watery. Overall, a mediocre experience.
