Was Anonym at Public Records a mag?
The food was excellent, and the service was extremely attentive. We dined inside, and it appeared that those inside were primarily there for the food, while the outdoor area was more crowded with people enjoying drinks. The terrace had more patrons than the interior during the early evening. We plan to add this restaurant to our regular rotation and will definitely bring friends and family next time. What Juan B dislikes about Public Records:
The vibe of this place is really cool and the service is great. However, the main reason we came was for the food which was just ok. The dishes were nicely decorated and decent size but unfortunately we did not like all the flavors. Most of the dishes felt bitter or like something was off, trying to be something it’s not. The tostadas were great though View all feedback.
This lovely café is tucked away in a secluded part of Gowanus and features outstanding coffee, a sleek minimalist interior, and an impressive sound system. The dinner menu is fantastic and sets the perfect ambiance.
I typically don’t opt for vegan food, but this place is exceptional. It’s one of my favorite spots to dine and hang out in the neighborhood. Whenever I have friends visiting from out of town, I make sure to bring them here for a meal, shows in the sound room, or drinks in the upstairs lounge.
We organized a birthday dinner party, and the service was outstanding! They were incredibly accommodating, and the food was delicious. The entire staff was delightful and easy to collaborate with. I highly recommend this place for any event!
We were there for a show. Fantastic space.
Nice spot, but I wouldn’t go just for the music, too many creepy dudes and it doesn’t feel safe.
