What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I waited 22 minutes for a sandwich at Popeyes, which is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant. If they’re not ready for sandwiches, they should inform customers that there will be a delay. I spent $13 on the sandwich, and with my hourly wage, that wait feels like a waste of my time. They definitely need a better manager to handle this situation. View all feedback.
If you decide to order the NEW Classic Blackened Chicken Sandwich Combo, be sure to ask them to go easy on the mayo. My sandwich had an excessive amount.
They forgot to include the buffalo sauce with my buffalo wings, and they placed my separate side of fries, which were meant for a vegetarian, directly on top of the wings in the same container.
The side of red beans and rice was just rice, with no beans at all.
Fair is fair .. last time I ordered it was not good and I gave a bad review. Happy to review great this time!! Hot and fresh, the chicken was juicy and flavorful!!
Missing items food not hot id rate this place a minus -10 who ever owns this place should fire everyone and get workers who know what there doing. Also people have have allergies theres no option to remove mayo, pickles etc etc . Place should be shut down on top of it the space is shared with Burger King , Your over priced items should afford you a place of your own like most other Popeyes
