I usually love this place, but tonight the food was dry and not fresh. I tried calling but no one answered the phone and when I called back it was busy. It seems like they left the phone off the hook so no calls could get through. Come on Popeyes, step up your game! View all feedback.

I have ordered a biscuit twice now, and both times I paid for it but did not receive it with my order.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich but instead received a disappointing box of wings that were the worst I've ever had. I couldn't even finish them.
