When I took a bite of my pork fried dumpling, I felt like I was transported back to the Sui dynasty. I imagined myself surrounded by rice fields, wearing a Raiden-style hat, and speaking a foreign language. Unfortunately, when I opened my eyes, I was disappointed to find myself back in the bustling streets of Brooklyn.
