**A Tale of Two Celebrations: Dining at Passage Restaurant**
Passage Restaurant presents a contrasting experience for celebratory gatherings. While some find joy in its charming décor and delectable food, as witnessed during a baby's first birthday party, others leave disappointed, particularly when hosting significant milestones. Many reviewers noted issues with lukewarm dishes and insufficient portions, with a lack of attentive service compounding frustrations. Entertainment choices often raised eyebrows, leading to confusion rather than enjoyment. In stark contrast to happy celebrations, some parties faced mishaps, such as forgotten birthday cakes. Ultimately, the restaurant may be a hit or miss, depending on the occasion and expectations.

Good place, always fun to go out in this area, just don't forget to pay meters they are here till 10pm and cops give tickets without hesitation.
I had my birthday dinner, outdated decor, overweight singers, dj no band, food is good, confused show better with out. Got my dessert with garbage chiken wing had to return, there are didn't charge me for it but we didn't eat it either. Over rollterrible experience .
Had a great time in Passage restaurant this past Sunday. Celebrated my baby's first birthday. The restaurant has wonderful decorations, so the moment we entered it was like a fairy tale. The food was delicious, and service was great. The atmospherewas excellent. Highly recommend.
Terrible, terrible experience overall. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and was extremely disappointed. First, all the dishes were served half cold. When I asked the waiter why, he said the food cools down while being brought from the kitchen to the dining area—hard to believe, unless the kitchen is in another building. Second, there wasn’t enough food for 24 people; we only received two plates of each dish, and just a few dishes had three. The service was poor, too. We had to wait a long time for the waiter to assist us with drinks. The entertainment was underwhelming—a strange costume wandered around for a few minutes, followed by a few songs from the band’s singers. The worst part was they didn’t return my birthday cake. They called later saying I had forgotten it on the table, which is impossible since we packed everything they gave us to take home and double-checked before leaving. It was their mistake for not bringing it out initially, and only after finding it did they call. I had no chance to check what was in the containers as I was with my guests. I will never come back.
I had a very disappointing experience at Passage NYC, especially since it was to celebrate my 50th birthday. The food arrived lukewarm, and when I mentioned it to our waiter, he said the dishes cooled down on the way to our table, which seemed unlikely given the kitchen's proximity. The portions were also inadequate for our party of 24; we only received two plates per dish, with a few items coming in threes. Service was slow, with long waits for drink orders and no staff checking in on us. After a few songs from the band, things worsened when my birthday cake was forgotten. Staff insisted I had left it behind, but we had thoroughly checked before leaving. Eventually, they found the cake and called us after we had already left, but I couldn’t confirm what was done since I was with my guests. Overall, I will not be returning.
