I find the coffee to be very good and the quality of the food/ingredients to be great overall. my biggest complaint would be that they always seem to forget to give me the everything panini. Imagine orderingan everything bagel with the expectation of all those seasonings bursting with flavor in your mouth and then getting a plainbagel instead. Now imagine that happening to you 3 times in a row. =P A smaller complaint I have is the removal of P19 from themenu. I really liked the salmon panini and hope they bring it back at some point (maybe market prices/ not enough sales? . Thisonly accounts for a fraction of deduction in points towards my rating though. =D

Today was the same where I placed an order but my food was sadly handed to someone else by mistake. After I called the restaurant to let them know, the owner was so kindto resend my order free of charge. I've always loved Panino Rustico because of their fresh food and amazing customer service. Iwasn't expecting a whole new order as the restaurant and their driver never makes mistakes and is always friendly. So I wroteoff the missing food as an unfortunate misunderstanding and the owner went out of their way to make sure I got my order and wasfed. This really meant a lot. If you ever want amazing, satisfying food don't hesitate to stop by or place an order. You won'tbe disappointed!

We were in Mill Basin, so we thought we'd give this location a try... read more My family and I love the Bensonhurst location and dine there often, especially for breakfast. We were in Mill Basin, so we thought we'd give this location a try. Parking was even more difficult than Bensonhurst. The service at this location and thequality of the food is just as stellar as Bensonhurst. I loved that when my daughter didn't like her drink, the server was quickto offer a replacement. Why only 3 stars? I was thrilled when I learned that this location accepted credit cards because foryears Bensonhurst didn't. They may now but I never thought to ask. Naturally I ordered more because I don't carry around largeamounts of cash, but I'm not as constrained when cards are accepted. When the bill came, there was an extra charge for creditcards. I have an issue with this as there is no signage in the store, door (pictured) or menu about the extra charge and noprior mention from the server. I asked if I could pay cash, however the server said she couldn't reverse the charge. This maynot be an issue for some but as the customer I deserve to be informed. I also feel that cards are simply a cost of doingbusiness which I'm sure is compensated by customers ordering more.

Al... read more Everything I've ordered from here has been amazing, the sandwiches, the salads, the nutella cannoli cream crepes, and as of tonight, the cookie butter latte! Also love how they always greet you when you first walk through the door, very welcoming and upbeat! Great job to the owners, the chefs and the wait staff!
