However, I was taken aback by how expensive my meal was. I went back to confirm my order, and yes, it turned out that this little sandwich cost $15! It was just a piece of chicken on a brioche roll with some salad and mayo. I don't blame the staff if they didn't set the prices, but I really dislike feeling overcharged by a chain restaurant like this, especially in a high street location. Pret a Manger does it too, and while it's not just a Panera issue, it's definitely frustrating. This will be my first and last visit to this Panera.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order. I ordered two half salads, including a Chicken Caesar salad, but I only received salad with crumbs and dressing—missing the key ingredients. Customers cannot place orders at the counter and must use the kiosk instead. The young man in charge needs to better manage his team to ensure smooth operations. Overall, I was very disappointed with my Chicken Caesar salad, as it was missing the main ingredients.
