What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Brooklyn:
Tried olive garden for the first time today with a few friends and the food was nothing but ordinary. I ordered the giant stuffed cheese shells with shrimp and can I add that I was literally unable to finish half of my food at least. The sauce was literally like water , i can't describe it as anything but but water. My friends on the other hand enjoyed their meals , so I can't say it's entirely too bad. View all feedback.
This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is trendy and chic, and the bartender was extremely friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, with customer satisfaction being their top priority. However, there was a significant delay in receiving our food (50 minutes wait). The dishes were delicious, with a mix of classic Italian dishes and unique twists, and considering the prices, it was definitely worth it.
I am going to do with the fact that the only reason why I came to this culinary black hole was because it was the desire of the birthday girl. I admit that I was hoping it wasn't as bad as I remember. I was wrong. so very wrong. service: terrible. our server was a young man, but he was so bad. it took about 45 minutes for water. the drinks were about the same. we had to repeat accusations to everything. salat. breadsticks. water. And when you consider how salty it was, we needed water. Eat: immediately high blood pressure inducing salty. from salat to brottucks to tempts. everything had too much salt. now I don't prepare my own meals with salt, but I eat out. the salt content in the food is ridiculous. Apart from the salinity when our entrees did arrive, it was obvious that they had to wait one for our table. congealed and rough looking. lukewarm. even if there were 6 pieces of 1 mushroom in the chicken marsala that was a lot. again, underwhelming taste. Drinks: one of our party ordered a limonade that immediately came to the table. that was it. as I said, we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 frozen Italian margaritas. perhaps the drinks were sitting together with the meal, because when they were finally brought to the table, they were not frozen, they were melted margaritas with eischips. epic failure. it's literally 5 years since I visited an olive garden. Now I remember why, don't waste your time.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, thanks to our server Werley! He provided excellent service, was quick to refill our drinks, and was very pleasant. The service manager, Holly, also checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which was lovely. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious. I always enjoy the Tour of Italy, and my partner loved the never-ending pasta bowl with its many combinations. The flavored iced teas and lemonades were also a hit, fruity and tasty. This is the only place I'll eat calamari, and the salads and broths make for a great start to the meal. The strawberry cream cake was a highlight, especially with their special birthday presentation. We left feeling satisfied and happy with our experience.
I must start by saying that I only came to this restaurant because it was the birthday girl's choice. The service was terrible. Our server, a young guy, was very slow. It took 45 minutes for water and drinks were just as slow. We had to ask for everything multiple times, especially because the food was extremely salty. The salad, breadsticks, and entrees were all overly salty. I don't usually add salt to my own meals, but the food here was unbearable. The entrees seemed like they had been sitting out for a while before being served, as they were congealed and lukewarm. The Chicken Marsala had very few mushrooms. The drinks were also disappointing. One person received their lemonade quickly, but we had to wait 45 minutes for frozen Italian Margaritas that arrived melted. It has been over 5 years since I last visited this restaurant, and now I remember why. Don't bother wasting your time here.
