Our waiter was... read more We had breakfast here this morning while staying at the Waldorf Astoria. The food was exceptional on the buffet with a wide variety of choices. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and sweet. It is my husband's birthday today. I mentioned it when I made reservations. This being a breakfast restaurant, I only expected them to wish my husband a happy birthday. They went above and beyond by bringing out a personal cake with a candle and the words "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in chocolate. What a treat! It is a bit pricey but it is worth every penny!

Overall, I had a good experience, but it didn't quite meet my high expectations. The atmosphere, presentation, and vibes were fantastic, but the food was just okay. The vibes were so good that the chef, Thaimee herself, came out to the dining room to interact and chat with the customers, which was a nice touch. The rabbit meat was tender but full of bones. I would recommend trying the magic noodles, as they were delicious and visually appealing, although they tasted like typical cold and spicy Asian noodles.
