Ogliastro - Brooklyn

I visited the restaurant with my husband. He ordered a regular white pizza, which he enjoyed. I had a gluten-free pizza, and I really liked the crust. However, the toppings were quite salty, so I ended up removing them and just eating the crust. I found the red wine to be overpriced for its quality, and I also thought the bottled water was too expensive. The staff was friendly, but I felt that their service could have been a bit more attentive.

What a charming spot! We each ordered a cocktail, which were not only beautiful but also quite unique, while we waited for our to-go pizza. There's a lovely open courtyard in the back for dining, and the bar area at the front is dark and cozy. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures because we were having such a great time. We mainly chose this place because they offer a gluten-free crust for their pizza. We tried three different pizzas: margarita, pepperoni, and a third one with sausage. The toppings tasted fresh, and the gluten-free crust was quite good!

We loved the food, the outdoor space, the cocktails. Best olives we?ve ever had! The pizza was outstanding. Shishito peppers were perfectly cooked but needed seasoning and didn?t need the tahini on the side. Will definitely be back to try more!

Came in with two other people for Sunday dinner and we loved it. Love that they have gluten free AND cauliflower pizza. While most cauliflower pizzas are hard, mine (a funghi) was soft and yummy. The service was great and the music being played was impeccable. We sat inside but the patio outside looks beautiful. Can?t wait to come back and sit outside!

Love the ambiance of this spot, especially for a cold winter evening. A favorite in the neighborhood for picking up a couple of pizzas, but they also have a great happy hour (including food) for dine in. They even made heart pizzas on Valentine?s Day!
