I arrived at this restaurant at 3pm on Wednesday, only to find that it was closed. There was no information on their social media or website indicating that they would be closed. I wasted 20 minutes driving here. What a disappointment.
I stopped by for a plate of hummus with falafel. It came with pita bread and a variety of vegetables. The portion of hummus was generous, but there were only three small pieces of falafel. There were plenty of veggies and pita bread. The restaurant had a gender-neutral restroom and seemed to be remote work-friendly.
Arguably some of the best vegan middle eastern food I’ve had in NYC. The menu is all vegetarian and a lot of the items are vegan! They can make a lot of things spicy and the store is so cute! They have indoor and outdoor seating plus a very New York vibe restroom. Their sandwiches are also only $11 and a good amount of food so it’s budget friendly for NYC!Vegetarian options: The whole place is vegetarian and a lot of the items are vegan!Dietary restrictions: Their entire menu is vegetarian!
A total hidden gem for tasty vegan food with reasonable prices. Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Excellent vegan options!
