Overall, the food was quite tasty. However, I wasn't a fan of the summer roll. Instead of having the fried tofu chunks as part of the roll, they were just placed on top, which felt off. It's not the end of the world, but when I tried to pick up a piece, it fell apart since it was actually one roll cut into four sections. This left the two middle pieces without a bottom, making them just open-ended tubes filled mainly with lettuce and basil. It was disappointing, as it felt more like a kitchen mishap than a proper summer roll. While the flavor was good, finesse, attention to detail, and consistency matter, too.
