Money Cat Vietnamese American

I went to this restaurant for dinner and while I liked the atmosphere and concept, the execution was lacking. We had to get our own water because the staff was busy. They used an app for ordering, which was easy. The food came quickly, but the chicken vermicelli bowl was not seasoned well. The beef pho was decent, with a little spice, but the broth was not rich enough. The pork spring rolls were tasty, but the sauce had too much garlic. It seemed popular, but I'm not sure if I would return as I expected better quality from a fusion Vietnamese/American restaurant.

I wasn't feeling well, so I decided to have pho for dinner. I chose the Tofu Pho and it was excellent! The tofu was seasoned, which was a pleasant surprise, and the broth was delicious. There weren't many noodles, but I didn't really need the carbs tonight anyway. Overall, I would definitely order it again.

The pho at Money Pho was delicious and the delivery service was excellent.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I will definitely return!

The only dish worth trying at this restaurant is the coconut curry pho, as long as they make it correctly. The first time I had it, it was prepared and served exceptionally well. However, subsequent visits were just average. Today, I ordered the vermicelli chicken bowl and cucumber salad, which took nearly 30 minutes to arrive after ordering. The server was not attentive and the dishes were disappointing - the chicken bowl had very little chicken. I recommend visiting Nha Mình instead, a Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood that outshines this one. Thank me later.
