The thrice cooked speck (incense tofu) is from this world.
I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend. The constantly changing lighting was bothersome and made the food appear unappetizing. In general, the food was too expensive and the service was just okay.
I really enjoyed it. Try something adventurous and go for a wild choice.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, although it can get noisy at times. However, we didn't mind the noise because we loved the overall atmosphere of the place.
Mission Chinese is something special. If you can put together the right group of 4+ people it's the best family style meal in Bushwick, maybe even Brooklyn.
