Well I was excited to go to milk river for the simple fact that I heard nothing bit good things about the venue, anyhow went for networking event! The first place I went to was the bar for a glass of wine of course. It was 3 bartenders there. I waited 20minutes or so before someone came to take my order and I probably would grade waited longer if it wasn 't for my friend callingone of the bartenders over to take muy order. The place wasn 't crowded or so busy at the time I was there so I didn 'tunderstand. Anyhow, I ordered my wine and some pepper shrimp which was $5.00 for happy hour. The shrimps were very tasty andflavorful. I also had the fish fritters and vegetable roll in which I recommended. Although I had an issue with the drink wait, the bartender that was helping me was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The venue is nice and spacious, I would haveto go back on a busy night in order to get a full picture of how they operate. Also the bathrooms are very clean in which is aplus for me. Honestly I have to revisit this venue when it 's busy to get the full picture. Other than that the food was great. The drinksprice are reasonable and I had a good time at the networking event. As your local real estate agent I recommend thisbusiness for a social gathering and great tasty food and reasonable drink prices (I will revisit again) We 're in thisTogether! Prideishome.com

This place is actually horrible. The service is extremely slow, unorganized, and unprofessional! The food is mediocre, and bland. Way over priced for the quality. The drinks are watered down and the staff have horrible attitudes. I'm only here for a friends celebration, or else I would've gone to a better Happy Hour. The person who picked up the phone didn't even want to tell me what was on happy hour. Overall, I am likely not to return. It's horrible here.

This place gets a bad rep on service. However for me it was different, probably b/c I know someone who works there and I sat at the bar. So my service was fine. The place wasn 't crowded and they had live music which is cool. I 'm not a big reggae fan, but I enjoy live entertainment for the most part. I had like the hummus appetizer plate wheich was really good for this to be a Jamaican spot. And I also had the D 'USSE mojito which was the bomb, but I only like a certain bar tender to make it for me.when I went for a second time and that bartender was there the other one was not a friendly and the drink was just ok. I am drawing a blank on the one I like name. But it starts with and R like Rainen or something like that. Anyhoo, like I said I have never come for a sit down dinner so can 't contest to the service that was. However both times I have been there I have been taken care of, but once again I had an inside connect. I will say the second time we ordered the jerk chicken and to be honest it wasn 't very jerkish. And for this to be a Jamaican/carribean restaurant I was surprised. They did hummus better than what should he their local dish..smh. They do have after hour partying upstairs which is cool add will, but you do have to pay.

I was out enjoying the night with my guy he suggested this spot based on a social media blast about some DJs appearing there later. The menu is cool but pricey. They have small plates for a quick late meal but most of them are shellfish my guy is allergic. The large plate items were more appealing but we didn't want a large meal. So we opted for their baked pineapple/mango/habanero wings. I put my sauce on the side in case it was spicy. They were good but mine were a little dry in some places. The waitress was good but could stand to be a little more happy. She was informative but was very dry. The design of the place is nice...even the bathroom area. I'd go back to see what it looks like with a full house. We were one of two occupied tables.

The waiter took forever to even come to the table. Which he actually only did because 1 of us went and got him. The bill came BEFORE the food. The food came and was cold. Im almost certain it was microwaved. This was my 1st and last time here. When I saw the space I thought oh wow this is better than chance 11 but Id go to chance 11 anyday with the small space better food/service. OHHHH AND THE GRATUITY WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. HE DIDNT DESERVE SHIT.
