I'm not even Vegan, but I always get their vegan Arabe burrito because it's that delicious. Delivery times are sometimes painfully long, but the food tastes so good it's worth it. Fresh authentic, I always look forward to ordering from here. View all feedback.
What Yelena Conaway doesn't like about México Auténtico:
It is such a fun place, the margaritas are great, and the service is excellent! The tinga burrito was good, delicious perfectly cooked beef, and I loved the side of salsa. The nachos were just ok. The cheese for some reason was on the bottom and the al pastor was overcooked. The green house sauce is herbaceous and flavorful. But although I wouldn't order these dishes I would definitely come back to try some other men... View all feedback.
I had to make a quick work call, and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. I asked if they could lower the music for about 10 minutes since it was freezing outside, and they happily obliged. The two staff members I interacted with were fantastic. The beer was cold, and my mom mentioned that the margaritas were really good.
This is a dependable and enjoyable neighborhood Mexican restaurant that offers all the classic dishes. The food is fresh and well-prepared, the margaritas are expertly crafted, and the service is consistently friendly. The indoor seating is comfortable, and there's a lovely outdoor area that is well-covered, ensuring you stay dry even if it rains. In my opinion, it’s the best restaurant of its kind in the area, surpassing the two related establishments on 5th Avenue.
This is a great Mexican restaurant located in an area with plenty of similar options. The guacamole was generous and delicious, while the birria and fish tacos were well-prepared. The fajitas were particularly impressive. I would have given it five stars, but the friendly service was a bit disorganized.
Mexican cuisine is in my top 3 and this place has a nice selection of vegan options that I've enjoyed. Their tofu chorizo is crispy, chewy, and flavorful. Love the nachos (not pictured). Enchiladas were satisfying. Scramble was tasty along with the chilaquiles. And even their fajitas were good, and usually restaurants just sautee veggies with no regard for flavor. Drinks were pretty decent. This place is in the rotation now.
Hands down the best guacamole in Park Slope. This little gem is hidden on 6th Ave. The food is tasty, the drinks are yummy and service is great. I?m a fan of their Al pastor and bistec tacos. The star of their menu is their creamy guacamole and chips so if you go, it?s a must try.
