Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

Susan Josephine Raymond leaves home every day to go to McDonald's to eat and relax. She loves McDonald's so much that anyone looking for Susan should check in at McDonald's - that's where you'll find Susie.

The restaurant was very busy and in high demand, but they were able to serve food quickly. The lines moved efficiently and the food was hot and ready within minutes. The order tracking board was helpful in keeping things running smoothly. This place puts Panera's lunchtime lines to shame, making them seem extremely slow in comparison.

The cashier was quite pleasant. The food was as to be expected--McDonald's. They have unilaterally changed all of their menus nationally, etc. It is definitely not for the better. They are extremely difficult to decipher and the print is absolutely too small and cluttered, even with the modern contrasting black and white background.

The McDonald's at this location seems to be thriving. Whenever I visit, there is always a line, sometimes three during busy times. The food is consistently fresh and there are plenty of seats to relax and unwind. The restrooms are clean, but there may be a line for those as well. The restaurant is conveniently located near train and bus stops for easy travel. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I actually just went in today to use the ATM. The ATM at this location charges only $1.19 for a service charge! Plus, the machine is located at the front of the store, so I can go in and out. Usually, there is no line. Otherwise, there may be only as many as one to three people ahead of me. At other times, I have gone in there to get coffee. The new system of payment and getting your order in separate lines, is working well. The customer orders and pays at the register, gets a receipt with a number, and stands in a waiting area until the number is called. They improved the system by installing a digital display of the numbers that are being called. But, of course nothing is foolproof. Lol. This is, actually, the best run McDonald's I've been to. Additionally, the bathrooms are clean and provide soap and hand dryers as opposed to paper towels. Good choice! Saves on paper and the mess. I give this McDonald's five stars!
