What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I was on a slow way down. use the best mckyds and I mean it. always slower. I can't nail it. new and newer menu. the speedskiosks. the half of the rest has no reception. then to ensure that the meta-score to hq remains high. they acknowledge all orders and delete the screen of the orders will be processed against orders. but what the competent woman has not thrown in or in hand. you get my drift. I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant. It seems like they always mess up delivery orders, whether it's forgetting sauces or missing items or getting the order completely wrong. Today was the final straw. My special needs child had a big day and requested a happy meal with tasty bites. I agreed and eagerly awaited the delivery. When it arrived, my child was excited to open it with me, but we were shocked to find that it was the completely wrong order. I contacted Uber Eats and they promptly issued a refund, but it was too late to undo the disappointment my child felt. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I hope they improve their order accuracy in the future.
I never write reviews but this is needed. When I walked in, there was a fight between what i’m guessing was the manager or a worker with a customer — she went and said something to the cashier (which was where i went to order). When i went to order, she seemed upset so i didn’t try to dtm but they kept going back and forth as i’m ordering and she got aggravated and took out her anger on me, gave me attitude and meanwhile the manager or worker is cursing and bickering over what happened in front of the customers — basically throwing a fit. I understand that what happened made them angry and frustrated but they shouldn’t curse loudly WHEN MY BABY BROTHER IS WITNESSING THIS and should show composure and maturity. walked out with my incorrect order— since she couldn’t pay attention to me and instead with the situation. absolutely unacceptable.
Yes, once again their staff did not let me down, yes again! I ordered five medium but got four medium and one small, you can see the receipt, they were busy but the coffee didn't disappoint
Best McDonald’s that I’ve been going to since I was a little girl. Very nice and clean. Fast and easy. Lots of customers but that doesn’t slow anything down.
