Marthitas Kitchen - Brooklyn

The food here is amazing but the customer service here is a hit or miss. The younger workers are very polite. But the older workers come off stand offish at times especially towards non Hispanics. They would serve a customer and then take a drink break up to 5 min while more customers enter the store. They also are inconsistent with their prices. One day their small container would be $10, another day $9 and then back to $10(same item) and the same for the sides and their prices. Like I said the food is amazing, but I will definitely never eat here again. And the reason why, because I was so embarrassed the last time. Because of the inconsistencies with the prices. Even though some of the prices are listed on the over head menu, you don't want to be scanning for the item you want. It's easier just to ask. I went here with exact cash based on what I paid for last time. Turns out the item was actually a little more than what I paid the last time. Upon getting clarification, the older worker walked away from me and went to serve the next person as I tried to explain that I was charged differently the last time. I went to another server and she said the same price and asked who served me? As she also walked away from me(which she was actually the one that served me last time).

If you want some really great Spanish food this is the best restaurant to go to , food always good n fresh, I just love eating from Marthita's Kitchen.??????????

Food is bland and the pepper steak was so tuff this is the second time I tried it its not to good the spanish restaurant one across the street is better fresher

Food is always fresh… Their Roast Pork is delicious and full of flavor… The Pepper Steak is good as well, so is the fish and Caesar salad…. I also like the oxtail and yellow rice…
