Completely unprofessional! We made a group order at work and after waiting over an hour we called the restaurant and we told because of an order that was cancelled in August we were not going to get our food. That is so unprofessional, first why not decline the order if it was personal? Why not call to notify so we could order lunch from somewhere else?
