Fries overly saturated with grease Chicken very small It was meh

So I keep this place in the three stars the food was good but the workers were rude on the phone and I was telling them my address I accidentally said it backwards and they start getting mad and saying what the hell and when we called me to come and pick up the guy was all the way down the street so I had to walk to him but he couldn't just come in the room the doorbell they also forgot to give me a fork in napkin so

My general go to but today I ordered the lunch of chicken fried rice and chicken wings but hands down the rice arrived hot but burnt. It looked like left over rice they reheated but overheated and scorched. Super disappointed with this specific order. Had to toss out. Too afraid of possible food poisoning… that is how bad it looked. What happened today Lucky Chen?!
