I have ordered from similar restaur... read more I placed my order at around 12:15, and there is no excuse for it to take over an hour for bagels and coffee to be delivered! I have ordered from similar restaurants and they usually arrive within 30 minutes. This delay is disrespectful to the customer and to the delivery driver, who is losing money waiting for one order. The restaurant should improve their service; customers shouldn't have to tip 25% because the restaurant is understaffed. Additionally, the amount of syrup in my pistachio coffee was inadequate and disappointing.
