clams are too spicy but otherwise no taste. didn’t like the cacio pepe fritelle, too salty, too dry, (i know it may sound crazy but) too much cheese. agnolotti is overhyped, it was served barely warm and overall tastes like nothing special. broccoli pesto gnocchi was pretty bland. The food was heavenly, portions were good and they had many vegetarian options. Deserts were awesome. Must visit place. Required reservations about a month in advance but you can find place at the bar if you can get in the line early
Amazing Italian restaurant in a cool locale. I'm not a huge fan of Italian food and this place really blew me away. Additionally I expected it to be overrated given how difficult it is to get a reservation but it really exceeded expectations. Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had in NYC. We ordered 7 dishes (2 pastas, 4 apps, 1 small fish) for 3 people and it was all amazing. The 7 dishes for 3 people was almost too much but we could handle it. The ramp focaccia and ramp butter was a star as was the agnolotti. If you can get a reservation, I'd highly recommend this restaurant for any nice occasion or special meal.
Lilia is okay—beautiful space and the dishes look great, but some of the flavors didn’t quite hit for me. Service is friendly, but it felt a bit slow at times. Worth a visit if you’re curious, but it didn’t wow me. . Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
