While the food is highly praised, some patrons were disappointed by hidden service fees and slow service. The restaurant's customer service received mixed reviews, with some describing the staff as rude while others found them welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, with personal table conversations possible despite the close quarters. The food is fresh and delicious, with popular items including the calamari, dumplings, grilled seafood, and watermelon margarita. Overall, Lemongrass is recommended for those seeking quality Thai cuisine in a pleasant setting.
The music was fantastic. The food was delicious. We had a great time with my mom and a friend. We made the drive from Westchester to Brooklyn and it was definitely worth it.
The food is excellent and the portion sizes are generous. However, the menu listed on Open Table is not current, leading to confusion about the prices.
Excellent . Will be back as soon as possible. Top notch
The staff was rude beyond belief . We had a reservation and they without explanation said sit at bar. The restaurant was empty. When we inquired they said just sit and handed us a menu even though we were supposed to be seated . Bizarrely they had an armed security guard at the door so who knows what they are up to. Never go there. Creepy.
This place does not disappoint. I was visiting NYC from Boston and my cousin brought me to this place. Small cozy tables. Nice atmosphere. Very busy and attentive staff. Even though the tables are close it was enough to have personal tables conversationsand enjoy your meal without being too crowded. Had the best watermelon margarita! Had great appetizers and meal. Handling thecheck was right at our table electronically which I liked so my card was never out of my sight.
