Description

A family-run Brooklyn Heights bakery and deli blends classic pastries, cakes and fresh-prepared meals with reliable catering and warm, efficient service. Standouts include red velvet, fresh pasta, hearty sandwiches and a memorable pea-and-ham soup; desserts are plentiful though some items feel pricey. Catering is meticulous and accommodating for dietary needs. Casual, neighborhood atmosphere with a few outdoor tables makes it ideal for takeout, office lunches and family treats. Note: parking is tight and the premises aren’t wheelchair accessible.

My favorite spot in the neighborhood. The service is consistently excellent, and the food and sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Plus, they offer some of the best prices around!

The Red Velvet cake is likely the best in the city! The bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant is fantastic as well. They have an impressive selection of pastries. The coffee is excellent, and while the orange juice is a bit pricey, it’s worth it for the quality. This place is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth, enjoying breakfast, or grabbing a delicious sandwich.

One of my favorite bakeries when I want to treat myself to the red velvet cake slice and I’m not too far from the area. The frosting tastes like a light cheesecake love it! The strawberry shortcake cake is also a pleasant treat if you want something lighter. I usually enjoy it with a coffee cappuccino. Been coming here since 2009 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Bakery, Red Velvet Cake, Strawberry Shortcake
