The manager Willy went beyond and beyond to make our culinary experience very pleasant. It is great to be so close to the sea and a view of the parachute jumping in such a spacious venue is very pleasant when eating. View all feedback.

Practically the place for us had for lunch on a sunny Tuesday afternoon on the roof top bar. The staff is very pleasant and my crushed cheese Burger Brioche beans and toppings as well as possible. Lunch is going on. Go to the neighborhood, so I'll have my lunch doll wows here. I wish zero stars was an option. From the moment we walked up to the hostess to say we had a reservation, the experience was poor. Though the decisions of management are not the fault of the hostess, her professionalism was lacking. We were told that no tables were available and the manger said not to seat anyone even if you had a reservation. When my shock wore off and I asked what could be done she said to just wait and dismissed us. What was the point of a reservation??? After complaining to the manager, we were finally seated. It took 25 minutes for waitstaff to address us! The excuse we were given is that the restaurant was short staffed. On a Saturday evening, over Labor Day when a concert is taking place next door you’d think they would have prepared. Once our food came it was subpar at best. I will never dine here again and would discourage anyone else from dining there.
Overall, we found our dining experience to be average. Food was ok, but not awesome. Service tended to be on the slow side. Most of the time we had to wave someone down. Would go back, but not often.
Practically the place for us had for lunch on a sunny Tuesday afternoon on the roof top bar. The staff is very pleasant and my crushed cheese burger brioche bun fries and toppings as well as possible. Now lunch is going on. Go to the neighborhood, so I'll have my lunch doll wows here. Said when there is a concert at the Ford Amphitheater next door, the place is packed, otherwise quiet in low season, which is ok for me. Lot was free this day, but wish that the restaurant validated or had a discount on low season nights. A real treasure and the Russos of Garguillos, who are now running the square, seem to be doing a good job!
I wanted to go here since it opened and unfortunately i was extremely disappointed. First, i wanted a rooftop experience and even asked for it when making my dinner reservation. Apparently they could not accommodate that, in which i wish i would have known because i ended up missing the fireworks. Then, after being seated for 15 minutes we were not approached by a server what so ever. Other parties received food while we still had not even been acknowledged. On a busy night, this would be understandable, however there were only 4 other families in the entire establishment. Finally, i reached out to a server, who ended up taking care of us, but it was clear we were not part of their section but they helped us. Our waiter was great and accommodating but since my table was kind of a last minute add we weren’t tended to as quickly. The food was great, however, and so were the drinks. Overall, this experience was disappointing, but i would still go back and hope to have a better experience the next time i attend.
Not much to say about this place. Food is just okay. The service is the problem. We waited more than 1/2 hour and no one came over. I finally had to stop a server to take our order. We ordered an appetizer that she didn’t bring but at least they didn’t charge.
