La Bella Pizza Express - Brooklyn

I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a small pie and 2 soda cans. I kept calling and their answer was “we are busy” with no apologies. I believe I deserve a refund!! It shouldn’t take that long for delivery even on a busy day. I’m sorry but this place sucks.

Ordered some food about an hour ago on Seamless. Get a notification that it was delivered, so I go outside and there isn't anything there. I call the restaurant to check the status of my order and they said they don't have the items I ordered and asked if they could make something else for me. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. Never ordering from this place again, and will encourage everyone to stay away.

Awesome halal pizzeria. Taste just as good as any other pizzeria in BK. I always get the pepperoni slice as well as a chicken Parm sandwich. Can’t go here to often since I would gain too much weight eating here. Awesome service too. The guys behind the counter and quick and super friendly.

Pizza is ok but the customer service is absolutely phenomenalKid-friendliness: Very attentive workers with my son.
