My cousin and I were born and raised in Texas, grew up eating kolaches, and absolutely thrilled at the concept of this place. Unfortunately we were very disappointed to taste cold Hawaiian rolls with dry old bacon inside. These are not kolaches so if youre looking for traditional Czech kolaches look elsewhere. Literally one of the best restaurants in bushwick. I got 1 of almost everything on the menu and it all tasted 10/10 beyond amazing. super fast service too!
Better than Buckey’s. Got a a coffee and a sausage, egg, and cheese.
