Staff was friendly. The place is chaotic since it is right near penn station with some homeless people wondering around. I suggest you order and bring it to-go.... read more Staff was friendly. The place is chaotic since it is right near penn station with some homeless people wondering around. I suggest you order and bring it to-go. I wouldn't stick around to eat inside. It isn't clean, there were like splashes of liquid all over the signs, maybe soda? not sure....We got our food pretty quickly and left.

Food-wise cmon now its kfc u think ima give this a five star you must be kidding me. I did have a good time eating these $5 wings in Penn Station tho. But everything is average and the space inside the restaurant is so cramped.
