I did not received the requested condiments. I personally called and received poor customer service. I was threatened to be charged for cocktail sauce. Person who took my call was rigid and unwilling to understand my request. Insisted that the manager stated I would be charged for cocktail sauce, even though it was requested with my original order and I had spent at least $50. I will never order from this restaurant... Favorable, Food is tasty and usually cooked well and not cold
The bag carrying food could have been better secured. Nonetheless the food was delicious.
