Highly recommend David for the job. Customer Service was wonderful as well when I called with questions. It is sooooo delicious. Would make terrific French toast...
Delicious sugar free rugelach with cinnamon and chocolate delivered right on time! Unbeatable!
I had a terrible experience! My perishable items were delivered late, and as of now, they still haven't arrived. I called Greens multiple times and reached out to the Ackerman family, who owns the business, through email half a dozen times without any progress. They don't respond and seem to actively avoid my calls as soon as they see my number on their caller ID. It looks like this is a recurring issue, as I've now read several similar negative reviews. Their disregard for my situation was appalling; they acted as if my $150 order being lost or delayed was of no concern to them, completely ruining my event. Based on my experience, and clearly the experiences of many others, I would not recommend this bakery.
I bought the chocolate cheese babka. It was very good but it was delivered by UPS and that's where the problem happened. They said they would deliver between 9 and 1. Then they updated it to 7PM. It was shipping to a business so 7PM was no good. They ended up delivering it at 530PM when everyone was gone. The next morning my mailroom could'nt find anything. They ended up finding it in the freight area of another company randomly left there. When I opened it ,it was all mushed together. It was a mess, so we all just picked it apart with forks and ate it. Don't get these shipped, go to the store and pick it up if you can. UPS is horrible. Food: 5 Service: 4
