I contacted the Grand Canyon Bistro to arrange a special surprise for my brother's 30th birthday, as he was away on business. The front desk staff at the hotel and the restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make his day memorable. A delicious breakfast. everything was great. from the ice to the speck to the omelette and pancakes. definitiw pick for them when in the city

Service I was the only table in the restaurant and still almost completely ignored. Eating was in order. not bad not great. service was by far the worst part of the restaurant, perhaps the only table for brunch was the clear indicator that the experience would be rather bad.

I had a chicken fajitas wrap at this restaurant and I think the food could be improved. However, I did enjoy the atmosphere and the attentive staff.
