What Walker Torp likes about Gran Sasso:
We love Sasso. The staff is friendly and attentive — it would be impossible for the staff and owner to be more welcoming, and the food is consistently lovely. It is an undiscovered gem in the neighborhood, its location off the worn paths leading fewer to discover it. It is our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood, hands down. View all feedback.

read moreGran Sasso is a hidden gem in Brooklyn, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent service. The kitchen presents beautifully rustic dishes, accompanied by a wine list chosen with care. While some visitors were disappointed by the lack of authenticity in the Nepalese cuisine, with it being akin to Indian food, others enjoyed the unique flavors and dishes on offer. Overall, the restaurant seems to cater to a diverse palette, offering a mix of Indian and Nepalese dishes that are sure to satisfy any visitor. With reasonable prices and attentive service, Gran Sasso is definitely worth a visit for a delicious and pleasant dining experience.
